WILLIAM HERBURT PARKS, 90, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at his home. Funeral services will be held February 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Muriel H. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
