William Herbert McMillen, Jr., 90, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, January 19, 2024, at Doey's House.

Born February 28, 1933 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late William Herbert McMillen, Sr. and Hazel Ernestine (Burk) McMillen.

William owned and operated Wilcraft Products in Hagerstown and, in his retirement, really enjoyed working at The Home Depot. He was a member of Washington Square United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Iris Patricia McMillen, on June 24, 2017; two sisters, Eleanor Staley and Georgianna Elmer; and one brother, Carl McMillen.

William is survived by two sons, William McMillen, III, and wife, Nila and John McMillen, and wife, Barbara; four grandchildren, Stacey Leber, and husband, Eric, and Daniel Friend, and wife, Star, Joddi, and wife, Sasha, and Ryan, and wife, Ratu; five great-grandchildren, Evan, Ryan, Oliver, Annabelle, and Kayden; one sister, Barbara Shives; and one brother, Richard McMillen.

Funeral services will be 1pm Friday, January 26, 2024, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Robert Snyder will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 26, 2024, one hour prior to services.
