Victoria Joanne Wiles, 79, of Williamsport, MD, passed away, Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Julia Manor Nursing Home.  Born February 19, 1945, in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of the late George Armstrong and Gladys (Bitner) Jamison.

Victoria was a retired Teacher's Assistant with the Washington County Board of Education and a member of the Church of God.

She is survived by three daughters, Julia M. Sprecher, Vickie Stone, and Susan Sprecher; eight grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and half-sister, Joy Grimes.

Victoria was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, James Frederick Wiles; two sisters, Alice Armstrong and Nancy Koontz; one half-brother; and great granddaughter, Faith Johnson.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30am, Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Robert Byers officiating. A Celebration of life will be held at 1pm at Kimber Meadows, formerly Wilson Ruritan Club, 16204 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
