VALLIE DENNIS, 99, a resident of Broadmore Assisted Living formerly of Leitersburg, Maryland, died Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the Waynesboro Hospital. Born April 13, 1909 in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late James W. and Maggie E. Clark Kesecker. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy L. Michael and her second husband, Russell Franklin Dennis, 1998. She was previously employed with Fairchild Aircraft. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church Leitersburg. She is survived by one daughter, V. Delores Dennis Cole of Marlowe, WV; three sons, Lowell C. Michael of Clearville, PA, Aaron C. Michael and Leon L. Michael both of Hagerstown, MD; seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. Pastor Terry Culler will officiate. Burial will be in Spohr's Crossroad Cemetery in Berkeley Springs, WV.
