Todd Dwayne Mills, Sr., 55, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at his home.

Born May 22, 1969 in Williamsport, MD, he was the son of Dorothy (Mongan) Mills and the late Robert Mills.

Todd was a devoted family man with a deep love for those closest to him. He had a passion for classic cars and drag racing, hobbies that fueled his enthusiasm for life. As the owner of his own company, Todd was a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit. He cherished spending time with friends, often gathering with them on the Dual Highway. His legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to both family and friends will be fondly remembered.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Billie Mills; four daughters, Michelle Galeano (Julio), Carol Ramirez-Lopez (Jaime), Courtney Hildebrand (Jonathan), and Kelsey Mercer (Zachary); one son, Todd Mills, Jr.; 20 grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia Kelley (David), Ruth Anne Mills, and Cheryle Smith (Brad); three brothers, Pat Mills, Robert "Butch" Mills (Vicki), and Leonard Mills; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Mills.

A viewing will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Sunday, January 5, 2025, from 4-6pm.
