TOBY LEE HARRIS, 35, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died Friday, February 8, 2013 at his home. Born October 7, 1977 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of Edward and Deborah Stevens of Hagerstown, Maryland. Toby attended Clear Spring High School and Hagerstown Community College. He was previously employed as a pipe fitter for various sprinkler companies. He was a member of General Populations Band. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Brandy Lum Harris; two daughters, Emily Harris and Trinity Harris; three step-daughters, Chloe King, Mackenzie King and Peyton Perrott; three brothers, David Harris, James Harris and Patrick Stevens all of Hagerstown, MD; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn; paternal grandmother, Margaret Stevens; and nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Bradford Reaves will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. before the memorial service.
