Tina Marie Welsh, 55, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Meritus Medical Center. Born June 18, 1960 in Washington Co., MD, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Harvey and Martha Ellen (Zeigler) Clopper. Tina is survived by her husband of 12 years, Charles Welsh; one son, Kenneth Gossard and girlfriend, Libby and her two children, Mason and Dylan; two sisters, Brenda Delouney and husband, Allen, and Tammie Clopper-Moats and husband, Raymond; and three nephews, Harvey Clopper, Jonathan Clopper, and Harley Clopper. Services will be held 1pm Monday, February 8, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
