Thomas Lee Stouffer, 78, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Doey's House.

Born April 7, 1947 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Simon Thomas and Mary Rose (Domer) Stouffer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Christina Stouffer.

Thomas honorably served his country for 22 years in the United States Navy before retiring. He later continued his commitment to public service with the Washington County Sheriff's Department, from which he also retired.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 211 in Funkstown.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Deborah Elaine Keller and her husband, Gregory Wayne Keller, and one grandson, Jacob Allen Keller.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ella Hoffman.

The funeral will be held at 11am on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Chaplin Dean Pryor will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10am). Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
