Thomas Phillip Ryan passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015. He was a devoted and loving husband to his late wife Patricia McGrath Ryan, a wonderful father and father-in-law to Kathleen and Leonard Jacobs, Thomas and Melory Ryan, and Patricia and Kenneth Fawcett. He adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Steven and Shawne Jacobs, Sarah Jacobs, Kathleen Fawcett, Emily Fawcett, Elizabeth Fawcett, and Reece, William, and Ryan Jacobs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 28, 2015, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 17630 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Juan Rubio Vazquez will be celebrant. A Private burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Emmitsburg, MD. The family will receive visitors for one hour at St. Joseph's Church prior to the funeral Mass.
