THOMAS LEO KURSEY, JR. 54, of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away Saturday April 29, 2017 at his home. Born in Gaithersburg, Maryland, on February 6, 1963, he was the son of the late Thomas L. Kursey, Sr. and Katherine Carter. He is survived by his partner, Christopher J. Miller of Hagerstown; two sisters, Vanessa and Dale; two brothers, Robert Kursey of Hagerstown and Marvin Kursey of Sabillasville, MD. He was preceded in death by a sister, Garnet Ann Bond. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in Broadfording Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 76 to 8 p.m.
