THOMAS LYNN KEGARISE, SR., 34, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Born January 17, 1978, in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of Debra M. Smith Kegarise of Hagerstown, and the late Frederick Harold Kegarise, Sr. He was previously employed by Central Precision of Boonsboro, Maryland. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Thomas Lynn Kegarise, Jr. of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, and Trace Lynn Kegarise of Funkstown, Maryland; and four brothers, Frederick Harold Kegarise, Jr., Tyson Harold Kegarise, Timothy Lee Kegarise, and Roger Olson Sr..
