THOMAS SHEPHERD FEASTER, 83, of 55 East Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown. Born September 1, 1923 in Hannibal, Missouri, he was the son of the late Thomas Eldren and Helen Louise Shepherd Feaster. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Elizabeth Anthony Feaster. He was retired from Washington Technical Associates, Inc. in Rockville, Maryland. He was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hannibal, Missouri. He was a life member of the N. R. A., a member of the Tri State College Alumni Association in Indiana, a former member of the Professional Engineers of Maryland, and a member of the Hagerstown Stamp Club. He is survived by one sister, Betty Lou Paradiso of Hannibal, Missouri. He was preceded in death by one brother, James L. Feaster. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown. Rev. Thom C. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown. Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Military graveside service will be conducted by American Legion Post 42. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 534 West Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
