THOMAS LEON EBERSOLE, SR, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at his home. Born May 4, 1949, in Washington County, MD, he was the son of Grant Ebersole, Sr. of Hagerstown and the late Emma Mae Jamison Ebersole. Thomas worked for Craig Paving, Inc. for 25 years. He loved to fish. In addition to his father, Thomas is survived by his daughter, Emma Ebersole of Hagerstown; son, Thomas L. Ebersole, Jr. and wife Jodie of Hagerstown; two stepdaughters, Belinda St. Clair of Hagerstown, and Kathy Feiser of Hagerstown; sister, Patricia Cline of Smithsburg; three brothers, Rodney "Buck" Ebersole of Hagerstown, Grant Ebersole, Jr. of Hagerstown, and David Ebersole of Hagerstown; fifteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ebersole; and sister, Sharon Stoner. Services will be held 11am Tuesday, April 15 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. The Rev. Ronald R. Kurtz will officiate. Burial will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to charity of choice.
