Thomas Alen Cunningham departed from this earth on April 4, 2024.

Born May 30, 1960 in Hagerstown, MD to Anna and Robert Cunningham.

He was employed as a roofer working for several local companies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Timmy and Richard, and by his loving companion, Dawn Palmer.

He is survived by his brothers, Jerry (Sharon) and Jack (Kim) of Hagerstown, and Frederick (Megan) of Colorado; sister-in-law, Jean Cunningham of Hagerstown; daughters, Nicole Smith (Derrick) of Hagerstown, and Heather Cunningham of North Carolina; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; a special nephew, David Cunningham; and a special friend, Rick Kline.

Thomas enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved being around water, fishing, and enjoying friends and family. Those who knew him could appreciate his humor.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the South Hagerstown Firehall, 409 W. First St., Hagerstown, MD, on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 1-4pm.
