Terry Lee Jones, born on August 18, 1952, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2024 in her hometown of Hagerstown, MD. Terry's life was a testament to her strength, independence, and boundless love for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Annie (Hensley) and Albert St. Clair; beloved husband, Earl "Joe" Lewis Jones; and her sister, Theresa Ann St. Clair.

Terry, known for her independent spirit and love of family, was often described as a mother to all she met. Her legacy is carried on by her loving family; daughters, Stacy Carder and Teresa Jones; son, Bobby Jones and his wife, Loretta; adored grandchildren, Sierra Knill and her husband Jared, Shelby Carder, Bradley "Bubba" Jones, Brandon "Peanut" Jones, and Jacob Scott; and great-grandchild, Ruby Knill. Terry's warmth and care also extended to her fur babies, Zeus and Lucy, who were her constant companions.

An avid fisher and admirer of wolves, Terry found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She relished her visit to the Wolf Sanctuary in Florida. She could often be found engrossed in her phone conversation with best friend, Judy Moore, or watching episodes of Dr. Phil, 90 Day Fiancé, or enjoying a lively game of Bingo with friends. Halloween, her favorite holiday, was a time when her playful spirit was on full display.

Terry's memory will be forever cherished by those who knew her. Her unwavering love and the lessons she imparted will continue to guide her family and friends. Terry Lee Jones will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will live on in the hearts of many.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Burial will follow in Broadfording Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8pm on Friday, August 30, 2024
