Terry Wayne Burger, 76, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at his home on Sunday, February 7, 2021. Born on September 26, 1944 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Evelyn Viands and Stepfather, Raymond Viands. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Burger; two daughters, Terri Stotelmyer and her husband, Joe, and Karen Fossett and one son, Darren Burger; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one brother, Steve Viands. In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by one brother, Dana Viands. He retired from World Kitchens. He also served in the US Army with a tour of duty in Korea. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
