Taylor "T" Lynn Horn, 42, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021. He was born on September 29, 1978 in Hagerstown. "T" was a graduate of Clear Spring High School and attended Indiana Institute of Technology. He worked for 15 years at Hopewell Sheet Metal Manufacturing Inc. as a purchasing director and estimator. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Thuryl LaRue, and his paternal grandfather, Robert D. Horn. "T" is survived by his mother, Vicki Blevins Horn, his father, David Horn and his wife, Heather, his paternal grandmother, Sara J. Horn, his stepbrother, Henry H. Fitzgerald IV, and his niece, Payton Fitzgerald. Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Entombment will be private.
