SYLVIA BELLE FRIZELL, 89, of Williamsport Retirement Village, 16505 Virginia Avenue, Williamsport, Maryland, died on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the Williamsport Nursing Home. Born November 26, 1917 in Mannsville, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Flora Carson Little. She was preceded in death by her husband , Lt. Col. Lewis Frizell on January 28, 1988. She is survived by one daughter, Rheba Michael of Hagerstown; two sisters, Betty Bickford of California, and Dolly Dimsha of Nevada; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Oweta Bray, Leola Bishop, and Johnny Norvez; and three brothers, Jim Little, Alvin Little, and Norman Little. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Tuesday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Ken R. Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia on March 21, 2007. There will be no viewing.
