STEVEN MICHAEL TYLER, SR. , 61, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Friday, April 24, 2009 at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro, Maryland. Born April 2, 1948 in Washington County, Maryland, he was the son of the late Charles Robert and Joyce Evelyn Williams Tyler. He was formerly employed with USA Cartage, Inc. He is survived by one son, Steven M. Tyler, Jr., and wife Sharon A. Tyler, of Hagerstown; two sisters, Carolyn Brooks and Ruby Barnett, both of Hagerstown; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Valley Assembly of God, 17544 York Road, Hagerstown on Tuesday at 11:00 a. m. Rev. John Buchanan will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport, Maryland. Family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard on Monday from 6 to 9 p. m.
