Steven Robert Reed, 77, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Born April 8, 1947 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Nelda V. (Ruth) and Thomas R. Reed.

Steve loved spending time at the beach, and loved his sports, especially the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Maryland Terps basketball. He was an active member of the American Legion Post 211.

He is survived by his daughter, Megan Brooke Muller (husband, Clint); two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Muller and Grace Lauren Muller; and his great granddaughter, Kamryn Grace; and his best friend, Georgia Middlekauff.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne Hewett.

A Gathering of Friends will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.

The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 10:30am. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
