Steven Wayne Morgan, 66, of Boonsboro, MD, went to be with The Lord on Sunday, March 19, 2017. Born January 21, 1951 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Wayne W. and Virginia M. (Reid) Morgan. Steve worked as a wholesale electric salesman with Noland Co. for 42 years, and Shephard Electric since June of 2011. He received the rank of Master Eagle Scout. He was an avid NASCAR and RV enthusiast. Steve was a loving husband, father and brother. Steve is survived by his wife, Gwen; three sons, Brian and wife Jessie, Mark and wife, Michelle, and Derek; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; one sister, Sherry Morgan Martin and husband, Roscoe; one brother, Russell Morgan; 2 nieces; a nephew; a great niece; a great nephew; and mother-in-law, Lillie Mae Lee. Services will be held 11am Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Calvary Temple, 147 S. Conococheague Street, Williamsport, MD. Rev. Robert Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9pm, Wednesday March 22, 2017 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
