Stephanie Gwendolyn “Gwen” Morgan, 74, of Boonsboro, MD, went to be with the lord, Saturday afternoon, August 8, 2026, at her home.

Born March 10, 1952, in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Joseph David and Lillie Mae (Cooper) Lee.

Stephanie was a lifelong employee and co-owner of Southern Electric, where she dedicated many years of her life. She was a loving mother who cherished her family above all else. Stephanie enjoyed reading and spending time at the beach, where she made many happy and lasting memories with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Morgan, whom she married in June 1979 and who passed away in March 2017.

Stephanie is survived by her three sons, Brian (Jessie) Stine; Mark (Michelle) Stine; and Derek (Rachel) Morgan; ten grandchildren, Brandon, Ean, Corey, Kayla, Lindsey, Asher, Luke, MiKayla, Micah, and Lucas; seven great-grandchildren, Maddox, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Elijah, Dani, Khloe and Capri; two sisters, Karen Lee and Chandra (Jon) Mann; three brothers, David (Melanie) Lee; Danny (Susannah) Lee; and Faron (Jeanne) Lee; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Hospice, Right at Home, and all of Stephanie’s wonderful caregivers for the compassionate care and kindness they provided to her.
