Shirley "Pete" Ann Myers, 88, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Chambersburg Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Born on September 11, 1937, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late John Zepp and Irene Ellen (Lewis) Churchey.

Shirley enjoyed playing bingo, spending time with her family, and never passed up a chance to enjoy ice cream.

She is survived by her daughters, Barbara "Susie" Taylor and husband Alan, Rose Hopkins, Mary "Nut" Palmer and husband Ed, and Patricia "Nanny" Wright and husband, Charles; her son, Richard "Nink" C. Myers, Jr. and wife Leslie; 16 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard C. Myers; her sons, Robert "Fart" Ragland and Chester "Hot Dog" Ragland; two sisters; six brothers; and her great-grandchild, Justice Calvin Myers.

There will be a viewing at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the funeral home with Rev. James Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
