SHIRLEY ANN CLOPPER, 76 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at her home. Born in Boonsboro, MD on March 7, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Paul Elmer and Goldie Agnes (Hutzell) Renner. Shirley is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Clopper; three sons, Gary Clopper, Tommy Clopper and Randy Clopper; three grandchildren, Chinninia Bowers, Travis Clopper and Andrew Clopper; great grandchildren and a sister, Genevie Lapole. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Bill E. Clopper; two sisters, Levenia Brown and Mary Jane Hutzell and a brother, Gerald Renner. A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Friday, November 16, 2018 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in Broadfording Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
