Sharon Katrina (Rippeon) Ditto, 77, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Doey's House. She was born August 16, 1944. Her parents were the late Elsie (Burke) and Harry Zachariah Rippeon Sr. Sharon was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Temple for over 50 years. She graduated from Handley High School with the class of 1963. She met her husband at Camp Grace, and her favorite statement about him was, "I won the lifeguard." They moved to Hagerstown where they resided for 57 years. Sharon worked at a law office as a secretary and notary; then a secretary for Ditto Electric Company, Inc.; as a part time librarian for Heritage Academy; and then as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Washington County Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Lewis Ditto, Sr.; three daughters, Susie Slifer, Vonda Kay Garner, and Ann Hall; one son, Charles Lewis Ditto, Jr.; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Campbell and Joan Castle; and one brother, Harry Zackariah Rippeon, Jr. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Julianne Bennett and Joyce Cain; and one brother. The Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 pm, Friday, February 11, 2022, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Dr. Ed Hampton will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the care of Charles L.
