Sandra Lou (Weaver) Spickler, 80, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at her home. She was born on November 8, 1942 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Lloyd Powell Weaver and Catherine Lucille (Summers) Weaver.

Sandy graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1960. She retired with 22 years of service from the BonTon at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD. She was a gardener, starting her flowers and vegetables by seed and she was a diehard Orioles fan. Sandy enjoyed dining out with her friends from BonTon and South High.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Donovan Spickler; one daughter, Robin S. (Spickler) Gilbert and her husband, Wayne; one son, Jeffrey W. Spickler and his wife, Denise; her brother, Robert Weaver and his wife, Cathy; and her two granddaughters, Sydney Gilbert Emmer and her husband, Andrew of Montclair NJ, and Taylor (Spickler) Winter and her husband, Anthony of Smithsburg, MD.

Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. In honor of Sandy's wishes, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually.

Graveside services will be private.
