Sandra Lee (Trimble) Miller passed away December 16th, 2022. Beloved wife of Paul, frequent sparring partner of son, Steven, and favorite audience for son, Matthew, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A nurse who trained at NYU/Bellevue Hospital in orthopedics and later in geriatrics, she went on to work at Bellevue Hospital and then St. Joseph's Hospital in Hazleton, PA, and at Heritage Hall in Leesburg, VA. Known variously as Honey, Sandi, Handi, Mom, She Who Must Be Obeyed, or Mrs. Miller, she was a friend, confidante, disciplinarian, talented cook, and avid holiday decorator. She enjoyed reading, gardening, collecting Christmas ornaments, traveling and the arts. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, her sons, and her granddaughter.
