Sally Temple Skislak, 65, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away from natural causes on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at her home.  Born September 23, 1958, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Frederick Blake and Theresa Marie (Grenier) Temple.

Sally was a retired bookkeeper and poet. She was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, John Skislak, and her brother, Frederick B. Temple, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Marie Temple, and nephew, Temple Haze (Jonathan Temple Hayes).

A Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Gate of Heaven Chapel, 13801 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20906. Father Jim Boccabella will officiate. (Burial will be private.)

Immediately following the Memorial Service, everyone is invited to the Reception for Friends and Family at Momma Lucia, 18224 Village Center Drive, Olney, MD 20834.
