RUTH MARY HOSE, 90, of Maugansville and formerly of Clear Spring, Maryland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 30, 2013. Born in Moria, New York, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Freeman and Emma Marie Kelsey Westurn. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Hose who died October 1993. She was a member of Apostolic Church of Maryland in Blairs Valley. She is survived by two daughters, Kay Slick and husband Terry of Falling Waters, West Virginia and Korleen Bonebrake and husband Larry of Chambersburg, Pa.; a son, Kermit Carl Hose and wife Susan of Fairplay; a sister, Esther Clark and husband Melbourne of North Bangor, New York; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to Hospice of Washington County. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, Md. The Rev. Dr. Ted Fraker and Pastor Scott Hose will officiate. Burial will be in Blair's Valley Cemetery.
