RUSSELL STANLEY BLAIR, 58, of Hyattsville, MD, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at NMS Health Care of Hyattsville. Born August 17, 1955 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Frederick Wilbur Blair, Sr. and June Florence Lupp Blair. Russell was a former member of Grace Brethren Church. He is survived by one sister, Janet Manning and husband Steve; one niece, Jessica Manning; 2 nephews, Richard Horchner and Darrell Lee Manning, all of Hagerstown. Russell was preceded in death by his brother, Frederick Blair, Jr. Private services will be planned at the convenience of the family.
