Roy Wilson Snyder, Jr., of Hagerstown, MD, died February 2, 2023. He was born October 6, 1950 to the late Roy Wilson Snyder, Sr. and Dorothy May Snyder.

He was a 1968 graduate of Clear Spring High School. He proudly served his country by joining the Army in 1969. He fought heroically in Vietnam.

Roy is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dianne Snyder; daughter, Tara Eby, and husband, Carliss; grandchildren, Emily Eby and Zachary Eby; sister-in-law, Carolyn Carder; brother-in-law, Melvin Sword; and his four legged cat children, Baby and Kitty Kitty.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:00pm on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown.

A funeral service will follow immediately after, beginning at 12:00pm.

Interment will be at Shanktown Cemetery in Big Pool, MD.
