ROSALIE JUNE WINTERS, 69, of 1013 Grade Road, Falling Waters, West Virginia, died on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Born June 10, 1940 in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Pauline Chaney Hafer. She was employed with Canteen for 30 years. Her hobbies were reading, puzzles, crocheting, and Charlestown Races and Slots. She is survived by her husband, Jack Winters, Sr.; a daughter, Lou Ann Dotson and husband Jimmy; four sons, Jack Winters, Jr. and wife Heather, Terry Winters, Gary Winters and wife Pam, and Teddy Winters and wife LeAnn; 7 grandchildren, Lisa Cook and husband Dusty, Michael Dotson and fiance Radeana, Jack Winters, III, Terry Winters, Jr. and wife Sherri, Gary Winters, Jr. and fiance Sara, Brooke Winters and Teddy Winters, Jr. and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Bonnie Flannery and husband Jim, and two brothers, Fred Hafer and wife Debbie and Sonny Hafer and wife Mary; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Angie Seilhamer and Phyllis (Sissy) Suffecool and a brother, Jerry Hafer. Funeral services will be held at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Hagerstown, Md. on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Larry Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
