Ronald Joshua Turner, 45, of Williamsport, MD, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024.

Born December 4, 1978 in Hagerstown, he was the son of Ronald Lee and Tina Marie Turner.

He was a 1996 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He loved to run track and field where he was called "Muscles". He enjoyed being at the C&O Canal to walk and run and being a part of people's lives. He was charismatic and had a knack for making others laugh and smile. He was also a diehard Redskins fan.

In addition to his parents, Joshua is survived by one daughter, Ciarra "CeCe" Turner; maternal grandmother, Jane Anderson; Aunt, Roberta Pryor (husband, Steve); uncles, Ronnie, Robert, Michael, Raymond, and Larry; cousins, Megan, Emily, Sandy and Vanessa; and close friend, Sandra Tillou.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Anderson; and paternal grandparents, Frank and Betty Turner.

The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024 with Pastor Ken Harris to officiate, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Burial will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
