ROGER CAMPBELL THOMAS, 83, formerly of 11322 Manse Rd., Hagerstown, Maryland, died Sunday, June 25, 2005 at Rock Glen Nursing Home in Baltimore, Maryland. Born July 24, 1922 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late, Arthur and Jessie Thomas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine (Kitty) Thomas January 26, 2003. He graduated from Hagerstown High School. He retired from Hagerstown Post Office after thirty-one years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was previously a member of the Moose Club of Hagerstown, and the Halfway Volunteer Fire Company. He is survived by one son, Barry Thomas of Reisterstown, Maryland; one sister, Audrey Russell of Florida. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bradon Thomas and Charles Thomas. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. The Rev. Christopher Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
