Rocky Lee Burger passed away peacefully at home on January 21, 2026, in his hometown of Hagerstown, MD, at the age of 72. He was born May 30, 1953, to the late Cleo and Frederick Alfonso Burger.

Rocky is survived by his loving wife, Donna Burger.  He was a beloved brother to Shirley Ann Knode, the late Terry Wayne Burger, Donna Marie Harris, Mark Wayne Burger, Lana Cherie Sirbaugh, Christy Leigh Barbour, Tony Ray Burger, Shawn Rene Grove, and Heather Diane Near.

A proud father, Rocky is survived by his sons, Jesse Aaron Burger, Brett Adam Burger, and Drew Michael Burger. His grandchildren, Harlow Higgins, Ivy Lapole, Brynlee Burger, and Dylan Burger, were the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Rocky was deeply involved with his family and friends. He was the kind of person who could fix anything, and his handy skills were always on offer to those in need. His sense of humor was contagious, and he had a unique ability to lift the spirits of everyone around him. His laughter and love have left an indelible mark on the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him.

The funeral will be held at 11am on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Jay Near will officiate. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.

There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm.
