ROBIN LEE SHIREY, 63, of 11 West Baltimore Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Washington County Hospital. Born December 16, 1944 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Ray E. and Marjorie Benner Shirey. He served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the Valley Grace Brethren Church. He was a member of the Alsatia Club. He is survived by three sisters, Rayetta Schindel, and Rebecca Collinson, both of Hagerstown, and Vicki DeArmey of Columbus, Ohio; nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Thursday, December 4, 2008 at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Larry DeArmey will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 from 7 to 9 p. m.
