ROBERT REED (PAP) CORNELL, 63, of 315 South Potomac Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Monday, April 18, 2005 at the Washington County Hospital. He was born October 21, 1941 in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was employed with J. E. McKeever in Sandy Springs, Maryland. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Jean Howard Cornell; one brother, Roger Reed Cornell of Hagerstown; one granddaughter, Megan Edwards of Hagerstown; and one grandson, Michael A. Edwards of Hagerstown and son-in-law Michael E. Edwards of Hagerstown. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Peggy Sue Cornell Dearing. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Friday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Chaplain Katherine L. Lippy will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m.
