RICHARD HARRY BARR, JR., 45, of Martinsburg, WV passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. Born May 15, 1971 in Hagerstown MD, he was the son of Alberta Louise (Diehl) Barr White and the late Richard H. Barr, Sr. Richard previously was employed with Bills Roofing. In addition to his mother, Richard is survived by his step-father, Robert H. White; a daughter, Ashley Nicole Barr; and a sister, Debra Lynn Jones of Florida. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard H. Barr, Sr. Services will be held at 11 am, Monday, June 6, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Justin L. Repp will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
