Richard Francis Morgan, 75, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Meritus Medical Center. He was born June 30, 1945 in New Hampshire and was the husband of the late Mary Rayetta Morgan. Richard was a retired computer specialist. He is survived by step-daughter, Sonya Rogers and two step-sons, David Clevenger and Mark Clevenger. He is preceded in death by a step-son, Joseph Clevenger. Funeral services will be 7pm Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor James Moore will officiate. Masks are required. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to services on Thursday evening.
