Rebecca Elizabeth McGinley, 71, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. She was born on February 2, 1950 to the late Garnet Spangler Beck and Frances Waycaster Beck. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Smith, her second husband, Allen McGinley, and her brother, Clyde H. Beck. Rebecca is survived by one son, one daughter, Kelly J. Stottlemyer, her grandchildren, Ryan C. Stottlemyer and his partner, Khriste, Zackery A. Stottlemyer and his partner, Jessica, Sean L. Stottlemyer and his partner, Sarah, and Sara E. Stottlemyer and her partner, Kyle, her great-grandchildren, Amara M. Stottlemyer and Scarlett R. Stottlemyer, her sister, Linda Rutherford, and many other "adopted" grandchildren she loved as her own. A memorial service will be held in Rebecca's honor at a later date.
