It is with deep sadness and profound love that we announce the passing of Rebecca "Becky" Moser, 85, of Boonsboro. She passed on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Fahrney Keedy Nursing Home.

Born July 1,1940 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Ellsworth & Estelle Madeline Brantner.

Becky retired from the Department of Motor Vehicles in Hagerstown, MD. She attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Boonsboro.

Becky's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She cherished holidays, family gatherings, and vacations with her children & grandchildren. Her love for animals was evident throughout her life, and her dog, Jenni, will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Moser who passed in 2008, her brother John E. Brantner, Jr. and grandson, CJ Hutchison.

She is survived by her brother, Joel E. Brantner and wife Cindy of Hagerstown, her 3 sons, Randy Moser and wife, Michaelann of Chambersburg, PA; Billy Moser and significant other, Lisa Fennel of Boonsboro; Rick Moser and wife, Brenda of Lakeland, Fl.; and her 3 daughters, Christina Malcomb and husband Wetzel of Clear Spring, Cindy Hutchinson and husband, Hutch of Boonsboro, and Sheri O'Donoghue and husband, John of Eldersburg, MD.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ricky Moser and wife Kristin, Heather Copeland and husband Chuck of Lakeland Fl; Chad Moser, and wife Jeanie of Chambersburg, PA, Corey Moser and wife Rachel of Bernville, PA, Ashlee Moser of Chambersburg, PA, Cara Spinks and husband Mike of Hedgesville WV, Seth Hutchinson of Boonsboro, Teri Castor and husband Nick of Augusta, GA, Holli Prechit and husband Brandon of Eldersburg, MD, Laura Shirley and husband DJ of Greencastle, PA.

Her great-grandchildren include Tiffani Moser, Trenton Moser, Tori Copeland, and Tyler Copeland of Lakeland, FL, Brooke Moser, Ben Moser, Emma Moser, and Hannah Shirley, of Greencastle PA, Stella Moser of Chambersburg, PA, Adley Moser of Bernville, PA, Olivia Castor of Augusta, GA, and Miles Prechit of Eldersburg, MD.

Great-great grandchild, Oaklee Moser, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Karl Muhlbach will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Myersville, MD.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 6pm-8pm.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Fahrney Keedy Nursing Home for the compassionate care they provided during Becky's stay. Their kindness and dedication ensured she was treated with dignity, and their support meant the world to Becky and her loved ones.
