RAYMOND DAVID FELTNER, JR., 59, of 9711 June Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at his home. Born July 30, 1951 in Ranson, West Virginia, he was the son of Raymond David Feltner, Sr. of Hagerstown, Maryland, and the late Shirley Viola Jackson Feltner. He was employed as a machinist at Caldwell Mfg. He loved to spend time with his wife and family, and watching sports. He was a member of the Air National Guard. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Marlene Feltner; one daughter, Julie Finch, and husband, Jared, of Sheffield, Pennsylvania; one son, John Feltner, and wife, Erin, of Gold Bar, Washington; two sisters, Roxanne Sue Jones of Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Donna Clevenger of Leitersburg, Maryland; seven grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Tuesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. Pastor Jeffrey Casto will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 to 8 p. m. At the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to them to help with funeral expenses.
