RAYMOND DONALD McAFEE, SR. of Hagerstown, Maryland, died Friday, December 17, 2010 at Ravenwood Lutheran Village. Born August 16, 1930 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Raymond M. and Ruth M. Athey McAfee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Katherine McAfee in November 24, 2007. He served in the U. S. Force during the Korean War. He retired from Hager Optical, Inc. after forty-seven years of service. He was a member of Morris Frock American Legion Post 42. He is survived by one son, Raymond D. McAfee, Jr. and wife, Sharon Kay of Hagerstown, MD. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing.
