PHYLLIS ANN DELLINGER, 62, of Hagerstown, Md., died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Meritus Medical Center. Born July 26, 1949 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of Marvin L. and Telitha Younker Shives. She was a member of Hagerstown Bible Church. She was a valued employee and trusted friend in the shipping department of Drawing Board Printing (formerly The Stationary House of Hagerstown), for over 23 years. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Susan Hixon and husband Bill of Ellicott City, Maryland; a brother, Marvin L. Shives, Jr. and wife Linda of Clear Spring, Md.; three grandchildren, Adam, Madeline and Meredith; her companion, Howard "Buzz" Neville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a. m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown. The Rev. Dale R. Carver will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
