Phillip W. Hornbaker, Sr., 60, of Hedgesville, WV, left this earth on July 9th, 2018. He is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Routzahn and daughter Devon Harvey. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Hornbaker; son, Phillip W. Hornbaker Jr.; grandchildren, Corinne Hornbaker, Jared, Jacob, and Darek Harvey, and Anthony Crampton; son-in-law, Chris Harvey; mother, Frances Faith; father, Ronald Hornbaker; brothers, Dennis, Sherman, and Robert Hornbaker; sisters, Melissa Morris and Karen Guyer; and many nieces and nephews. He is loved and will be missed by many. Memorial services will be discussed at a later date. Donations are accepted Minnich Funeral Home, over the phone or at 415 E. Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown, MD, or given to Cindy.
