Phillip Hirshman Davis, 63, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Saturday evening, November 23, 2024, at his home.

Born October 12, 1961 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Charles Sylvester and Charlotte C. (Kennedy) Davis.

Phillip was retired from Pangborn and his hobby was Antique cars and restoring them.

He is survived by one brother, Rodney Davis, and wife, Shirley; niece, Amy Davis; a great niece, Courtenay Cove; and Uncle, Floyd Kennedy and wife, Janet.

In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dick St. Martin; and one brother, George Davis.
