PAUL RUSSELL VIAR, 77, of 749 Garden Lane, Ormond Beach, Florida, and formerly of Hagerstown, died on Sunday, March 14, 2004 in Florida. Born October 10, 1926 in Sharpsburg, Maryland, he was the son of the late James Henry Viar, Sr. and Ida Pearl Lowman Viar. He served in the U. S. Navy. He is survived by one brother, Carl Richard Viar, Sr. of Hagerstown; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn L. Nigh, and two brothers, James H. Viar, Jr. and Edward L. Viar. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing. Arrangements by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard.
