PAUL LEONARD STOTTLEMYER, 52, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at his home. Born July 12, 1964 in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Charles James and Bertha Mary Close Stottlemyer. Paul served in the US Army. He was employed at New England Freight. Paul is survived by his fianc, Penny M. Spring; daughter, Francis Joann Stottlemyer; son, Paul James Stottlemyer; two step sons, Rex Wentzell and David Anders, Jr.; a step daughter, Barbie Cooper; ten grandchildren, Devon, Josh, Damion, Anastasia, Hayden, Sierra, Dylan, Ryan, Collin and Samantha; three brothers, Jim Stotlemyer and wife, Carol, Frank Stottlemyer and wife, Crystal, and Lynn and Debbie Nichols; and four nieces and nephews, Nick, Jessica, Brandi and Kadin. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Corey Berkey will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Graveside military honors by Joint Veterans Council and Marine Corp. League of Hagerstown. There will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to defray funeral expense.
