Patsy Jean Keyser, 91 of Williamsport, MD, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Williamsport Retirement Village. Born May 5, 1934, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late John T. Henry and Edna E. Light Henry.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.

She was employed at Fairchild Aircraft for more than 30 years as an executive secretary, in addition, she was employed at the Hagerstown campus of Frostburg University where she served as the office manager for 20 years. Patsy had a passion for dogs.

She rescued many over the years and provided them with a warm and loving home. She was a member of the Red Hats for many years and for the past decade was also instrumental in organizing the high school reunion (class of 1952).

She is survived by her daughter, Terri Keyser, her son, Richard E. Keyser and wife, Diana, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Per the request of the decedent, there will not be any formal viewing or funeral service.
