PATSY LARUE DEBOW, 81, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at her home. Born October 21, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Martha Washington Hoover DeBow. Patsy is survived by two daughters, Denise Poffenberger and Kay Stratton, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Charles DeBow of Lovettsville, VA, and Robert DeBow of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Karen Semler, Tina Leard, and Elmer Poffenberger, III; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by one brother, Donald DeBow. There will be no services.
